RS&M (Rongsheng Materials) is a China-based manufacturer of water-atomized stainless steel powder. Our core product is 150 to 250 mesh 316L and 304L stainless steel powder, made specifically for sintered porous metal filter cartridges and PTFE membrane-laminated filter cartridges.

We do not try to be an “every-alloy” supplier. We focus on one product family and tune it to the level of repeatable, reorderable quality that filter cartridge OEMs need: stable morphology, controlled oxygen content, traceable chemistry, and mesh splits sieved exactly to the customer-agreed band.

We are currently expanding two adjacent product lines together with our downstream customers. First, finer fractions (-325 mesh) of water-atomized powder for powder metallurgy (PM) feedstock — a cost-sensitive alternative to gas-atomized powder where spherical morphology is not strictly required. Second, water-atomized feedstock trials for selected metal injection molding (MIM) applications. If your project is cost-sensitive and your part geometry tolerates non-spherical particles, we would like to hear from you.

How to engage with us: submit a specification through the inquiry form — particle size, target oxygen, application, annual tonnage — and our process engineering team will reply within one working day. If your spec is in our process window we will tell you exactly what we can do; if it is not, we will tell you that directly and, where possible, refer you to a partner who can.

Delivery and QC: every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis covering OES chemistry, laser diffraction PSD (D10/D50/D90), apparent and tap density per ASTM B212 and B527, LECO oxygen content, and Hall flow rate where applicable. Export-ready packaging: vacuum-sealed inner pouches, sealed steel drums, palletized for sea freight.
